In 2010, Katie Grace, PhD began searching for an equilibrium way of eating to improve her health. She was overweight, with exhausted adrenals and suffering from chronic fatigue, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, allergies, asthma, candida-overgrowth, and eczema. Her partner Lance, suffered from gallbladder malfunction, chronic sinusitis, and prostatitis.  Katie applied the laws of economics, which is cost-minimization, to nutrition and the human body.

She and Lance quickly recovered from every illness and health complaint they had ever had and felt amazing. The results of the Equilibrium Diet extend to everyone who tries it: high cholesterol numbers plummeting, excess weight melting away; skin rashes, eczema and psoriasis disappearing; mental clarity, calmness and deep restorative sleep.
