Crockpot Keilbasa, Cabbage & Kraut

  • 1 Medium-sized Head of Cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 pounds Organic Turkey (or pork) Kielbasa
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen kale (optional)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
  • ½ cup water
  • Sauerkraut

Place all ingredients in crockpot (except sauerkraut) and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Probiotics: Serve with fresh sauerkraut – especially if using pork kielbasa.
